The blend of the grapes from 14 different vineyards highlights different terroirs, resulting in a sophisticated and well-balanced wine with scents of soft fruits, flowers, gentle spices and mineral notes and dense yet graceful structure.
Each GAJA Barbaresco has a persistent finish with superior tannins appropriate for a long bottle ageing.

This wine is pleasantly drinkable due to its crisp aromas as well as its fine and ripe tannins.
The upfront scents of rose petal and violet aromas in the beginning creates profounder botanical charms with hints of juniper, dandelion and incense.
The pure essence of Cerequio produces sweet notes of red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, thyme and anise on the palate.
Elegant tannins and the lively acidity create a balance in the fruit concentration.
This causes typical medium-weight structure and amazing ageing potential.

This wine has pleasing notes of carob and tamarind which indicates fresh and lively notes of grapefruit, red orange and Mediterranean botanical herbs on the palate.
This wine is juicy with high acidity and fine tannins. It has the typical finish of Magari which is elongated with a noticeable palatableness and promising aging potential.

To maintain this wine’s long fine acidity, we avoided malolactic fermentation on purpose, and traditional white wine fermentation was done.
The wine was matured in French oak barrels, 20% of which is new.
