The citrus flowers, melon and peach retain an air of class while lime is slightly sensed in this wine.

Due to the cool and wet Spring of 2019 during the crucial flowering periods which seemed harsh at the time, the 2019 harvest was one of the most premium on record.
As a result, the crops were down to 25%, but this does not clarify the quality of the fruit at harvest.
With help of the fine and warm summer with irregular rain, a drought prone province remained green and the vines did not seem to have been under any stress.
Although the veraison happened rapidly in good weather, it gave consistency to the ripeness of berries. We had an early harvest which was not unusual.
At the beginning of the harvest everything looked normal until our first pick. The berries had abnormally thick skins blessed with colour and flavour profusion.
The good weather during harvest period delivered full ripeness. Both whites and reds have outshined.
After picking the fruits, they were gently pressed in stainless steel tanks. 85% of the clear juice was racked and fermented with yeast which featured the attractive fragrances and texture of this electrifying diversity.
The rest of 15% of the juice was run to seasoned French Oak Puncheons to have a natural fermentation which complements sophistication and richness of the wine.
